                              On behalf of our partner we are looking for a

Animal Health Sales and Key Account Manager (Companion Animal)

Tasks:

  • Manage and support the VET/PET Channel sales team to deliver budget and expected sales results
  • Coach the field force team
  • Maintain & develop mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with our customers
  • Manage direct relationship with Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Deliver agreed sales growth & market share gains
  • Co-operation with the Marketing and Technical team, implement marketing programmes
  • Providing scientific background support for Medical Experts,
  • Supporting scientific research and major clinical research,
  • Budget management, timelines and accuracy of administrative duties,
  • Participation in congresses.

 Requirements:

  • University/College degree (business is an asset)
  • Min. 5 years sales experience (Key account management is an advance)
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience
  • Ability to lead, coach and motivate people
  • Abality to build/manage/maintain effective teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical skills and strong decision-making abilities
  • Goal-oriented and customer centric attitude
  • Good knowledge English (both written and verbal communication).
  • Familiarity with CRM software
