On behalf of our partner we are looking for a
Animal Health Sales and Key Account Manager (Companion Animal)
- Manage and support the VET/PET Channel sales team to deliver budget and expected sales results
- Coach the field force team
- Maintain & develop mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with our customers
- Manage direct relationship with Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders
- Deliver agreed sales growth & market share gains
- Co-operation with the Marketing and Technical team, implement marketing programmes
- Providing scientific background support for Medical Experts,
- Supporting scientific research and major clinical research,
- Budget management, timelines and accuracy of administrative duties,
- Participation in congresses.
- University/College degree (business is an asset)
- Min. 5 years sales experience (Key account management is an advance)
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate people
- Abality to build/manage/maintain effective teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills and strong decision-making abilities
- Goal-oriented and customer centric attitude
- Good knowledge English (both written and verbal communication).
- Familiarity with CRM software
